Kids Judo                           4pm to 5:30pm

For kids 7 and older, starting out in competitive judo

Advanced Juniors Judo                        5:30pm to 7pm

For kids 10 and older, who have been competing in judo for some time

Judo                          7pm to 9pm

Instruction and use of the basic principles of Kodokan Judo.

For all levels from beginner to black belt

 

Wednesday

Kids Beginner Judo                         4:15pm to 5:15pm

For kids 5 and older, just starting out in judo

Kids Judo/Kodenkan Jujitsu                      5:15pm to 6:15pm

For kids 7 and older, just starting out in judo and Kodenkan Jujitsu

Adult Kodenkan Jujitsu           6:15pm to 7:30pm
